I drive the boat to the back of the hanger on the north side, gets of the boat, kill the one guard in front of the hanger, get the loot, go back to the boat, keep driving to the drainage tunnel location, dive into the water and do what I did before. For escape, when I go out of the gate, I run to the left side and dive into water, swim away.

If you find guard disguises and a grappling hook at the airfield, I think that's even easier than the drainage tunnel. Maybe quicker, too. With the disguise you don't even really need to kill guards inside the compound, because the red ones you can sneak past. (Use first person for stealth running.)

Well, run would be the better option. If you're in their line of sight for too long, you will get detected. But it helps to sprint past them if need be to get around to another spot, or if you grab a vehicle and drive off. It makes things so much easier lol. Still use caution though so you don't accidentally stay in sight for too long, and once
